Building is clean and well lit. Easy to access with your personal code. I rented through their app super easily. James at the front desk was very helpful whenever I had questions on where my unit was as well as a small refund I was needing.
Highly recommend this storage facility! The units are clean, secure, and well-maintained. A special shoutout to James, who went above and beyond to assist me. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service from start to finish!
My experience at Extra Space Storage, was great, the employees are extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional from the Customer Service Representative "Nicole" when I initially contacted Extra Space Storage to inquire about the Storage Units and to make reservations all the way up to the Store Manager "James Salgado", both were very helpful and made my decision to rent a Storage Unit from Extra Space Storage easy.
