RecommendedHad a wonderful experience. Went with a friend to visit her unit. Her key did not work. Cat came to the rescue. She couldn’t get the key to work. She did saw off the lock and installed a cylinder lock which was easy for my friend to use. Cat went “over and beyond” as my friend remarked. I agree with that comment. We’re two ladies in our 80s and were treated with patience and grace!
