RecommendedHad a wonderful experience. Went with a friend to visit her unit. Her key did not work. Cat came to the rescue. She couldn’t get the key to work. She did saw off the lock and installed a cylinder lock which was easy for my friend to use. Cat went “over and beyond” as my friend remarked. I agree with that comment. We’re two ladies in our 80s and were treated with patience and grace!

Shay was very helpful, along with Brandon, who got me started on renting the right sized unit. Very convenient, clean, as well as protected. As an extra security, they check to make sure your locks and doors are secure. Shay called letting me know that my door was not secure, so I was able to run up and secure. Friendly service and helpful.
