I would recommend this facility I rented this unit for my daughter who is in college. Overall experience was great. The only reason I rated 4 stars on the price is because I feel that the insurance rate is high. I pay $6 a month for a 10x20 unit at another storage location and here I'm paying $14 a month for a 5x5. Other than that, customer service was great! The unit was easy to access, very clean, I feel that the building is well secured and her things are safe.
Hassle-free process Great experience. The lady in the office was friendly and the entire operation was smooth and easy.
