No complaints at all. Kept my belongings safe and the way I left it. Yamine was very professional and courteous on my move out also. Highly Recommend! I used the 5X15. Ample enough storage for two bedrooms and a kitchen.
We were renting our storage unit far longer than we had originally thought we would but it was very well maintained and perfectly safe the entire time which encompassed several years due to unforeseen circumstances. When we moved our items finally they were in the same great condition as they originally were years before. The climate controlled conditions kept them in good condition despite weather conditions that during that time ranged from above 100° f in summer and a long unusual freeze we experienced. Easy online rental process. Customer service was quick and amazing. I accidentally showed up a day early to my storage unit, they were able to adjust everything over the phone while I was parked outside and was given immediate access. The staff is very kind. Unit was clean and keys waiting for me.
