Easy peasy move This storage unit was very easy to work with. Everything was online. We were able to setup our account and get into our unit immediately. Use of the carts were helpful And plenty to share with others that were moving in also. Only thing I would say was negative is that parking was tight with our big trailer. We made it work though.
Great place and safe for my house hold goods The place was very clean and very professional.

Nice, Secure Facility Easy to move in, nice climate-controlled storage. No complaints. Just remember 2 things: (1) You will be paying for a lock ($14.95) at this facility. A special lock is the only type that works there. (2) If you have insurance (Homeowners), bring the paperwork showing you have insurance for off-site storage. Or you will be paying at least $10/month for their insurance. I was lucky and had my company fax the information to them. Otherwise, no issues, nice secure area.
Nice facility with very helpful staff! Security is very good due to the type of locks required on the units (which you'll most likely need to purchase on site since it's like the ones used on soda machines). The location itself can be a little inconvenient to get in/out of since it's a very busy area of Tezel Rd, but that's not within the management's control - just helpful information to know.

Amazing Customer Service The staff at this facility are amazing. The facility is also very clean and well cared for. I am very impressed with this facility.
More paperwork than I prefer but a decent facility.
Everything was great. She even let me move to a bigger unit quickly and easily.
