I'm very happy with my experience so far renting a storage unit at the East Greenwich facility. I arrived and the two staff members were more than helpful getting me a unit that was the right size. They were pleasant, helpful, and professional. I left there feeling that my "stuff" was in good hands. I would definitely recommend someone that needs to store their "stuff" give this location a try.
Great experience! The woman who helped me was very nice and knew her job. The website should have made it more clear that insurance is required. The one time move-in fee also was not mentioned on the website. The security gate is currently broken, but they say it will be working again soon.
