From the start, Patricia was very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. I first spoke to her on the phone and then in person a week later. She was still very nice and accommodating. She was not bothered in showing us a couple of units so that we could compare the size and decide which was better suited for our needs. Kelsey and Patricia are amazing! This has been my first experience with utilizing a storage unit and they have made the process seamless, friendly, and kind! The units are clean, temperature good, and the atmosphere welcoming.
Patricia was amazing. She helped us get a cart to move our things and brought us waters because it was so hot. She truly cares about customers and the company and it shows. Would definitely recommend this location because of her.
Pat was very courteous and helpful. I needed access to my brother's storage rooms after he passed away. She escorted me to each room and helped me find the key on my brother's keyring. It was 100F outside and hotter in the non-climate controlled storage room and I was pretty hot and tired after about 30 minutes. She drove up with a bottle of cold water that was just what I needed. That is great service!
