⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I visited Katy Extra Space Storage for a notary-related appointment with clients and was very impressed. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the office environment was clean and professional. They also have all the essential moving supplies on display, which adds to the convenience. It’s a great, well-managed place for storage and business visits alike. Highly recommend!

Her customer service skills are great, she explains everything thoroughly and even took me on a tour to see the unit in the other building. From the start, Patricia was very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. I first spoke to her on the phone and then in person a week later. She was still very nice and accommodating. She was not bothered in showing us a couple of units so that we could compare the size and decide which was better suited for our needs. Patricia was amazing. She helped us get a cart to move our things and brought us waters because it was so hot. She truly cares about customers and the company and it shows. Would definitely recommend this location because of her.
