From the start, Patricia was very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. I first spoke to her on the phone and then in person a week later. She was still very nice and accommodating. I had an excellent experience with Kelsey and Patricia! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They took the time to understand my storage needs and recommended the perfect unit size. Patricia was amazing. She was very kind and welcoming. She helped with the process and made everything go smoothly for our move-in. It was a pleasure meeting her and being able to have her assist me in this process. she provided us with great snacks as we waited.
I've had a storage space at this location for about 8 months and the facility is perfect. The climate controlled storage area is always clean and half the perfect temperature. To top it off, their staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Specifically Patricia! She has been helpful to me. At multiple times through the eight months, and I am extremely grateful for her. I hope the admins keep up the work that they are doing!
