Their wonderful staff (customer service) and availability saved the day! I had originally chosen a different facility based on cheaper prices, but when I realized I needed a larger unit nobody was available to accommodate me. When I called Bob's they had a unit available and a person on staff to serve my needs. Because of their weekend availability they saved the day for my family! The staff member was friendly and attentive and we were moving into our unit in no time.

easy access. i would recommend this place. the pricing is the cheapest that i've found in the area. the location is easy to get to. the only thing i didn't like was that i can't choose my own access code. i'm not sure if that is standard at other facilities. otherwise, i'm glad i went there.
