The deciding factor that I went with Life Storage was customer service rep, Daniel. He was helpful and professional. Then put me through to on-site manager, Cody for further questions. Cody answered all my questions and stayed with me while I created my account online. So very glad I went with Life Storage and not the "other company." These two were the sole reason. LS is not the cheapest but good customer service says a lot these days!!

I am new to the area and i came in looking for a unit to store some bulk items while i move into my house. I came in and spoke with a gentleman named Cody and he walked me through the whole process and showed me a couple units that would work with my budget and found the perfect one for me. He was very polite, respectful and knowledgeable . 10/10 would do business again with Cody!
