Life storage now Extra storage space located at 11100 Linpage Pl. Saint Louis, MO 63132 United States is a hidden gem. I’ve rented a unit for years from this facility. I have not one complaint. Facility is very nice and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend.
Incredible facility. 100 cameras to keep your stuff safe. Very easy process. Walk in and clerk will help you. Or save money and sign up on line. Top notch. Wish they had a tiny ramp so you back up over the 5 inch high lip to use shipping container. Highly recommend.
I absolutely LOVE this storage space!!! I ALWAYS get the BEST customer service!! Whether I’m going in/out unit, paying over the phone & getting those courtesy reminder payment calls. That’s definitely a (+) for me!! Bcuz they don’t hv to do that for real! But I really APPRECIATE those calls. I live in another state right now for work & I needed to go to another unit. My husband and I use life storage in several different cities and always love the service we get. Today, Tom at your Linnpage location was fantastic and helped us replace the locks on our door after my husband lost the keys. It started with a friendly, efficient person on the phone. Then a friendly, efficient and caring on-site manager. Thank you, Tom!! Then a well-made on-line sign-up experience. Then a clean, well-organized, climate-controlled storage site and a seamless move/storage event. All with a very wallet-friendly up front and monthly cost. It was and is a night and day difference from a nearby competitor’s way of doing business. I’m a happy camper! Extra Space Storage nailed it! 👏👍👏👍
