It started with a friendly, efficient person on the phone. Then a friendly, efficient and caring on-site manager. Thank you, Tom!! Then a well-made on-line sign-up experience. Then a clean, well-organized, climate-controlled storage site and a seamless move/storage event. All with a very wallet-friendly up front and monthly cost. It was and is a night and day difference from a nearby competitor’s way of doing business. I’m a happy camper! Extra Space Storage nailed it! 👏👍👏👍

My husband and I use life storage in several different cities and always love the service we get. Today, Tom at your Linnpage location was fantastic and helped us replace the locks on our door after my husband lost the keys. He was in great spirits helped us very quickly and made the whole process as painless as possible. We really appreciate companies that still care about customer service, so thank you, Tom!!!

Great experience! This facility is new and big. Easy access to our units. The climate control was a big plus. Ramps too. And special thank you to Tom for going out of his way to help us out!

Always a great experience, Manager is super nice! It's an easy process, prices are unbelievably low and the space is really nice and easily accessible to move things in. My friends are always shocked when they hear how low I'm paying for a storage unit with How great the size Is that I'm paying for. I was originally sharing a storage unit with my sister, she had more stuff Than she originally said that I didn't have enough space I decided to get another storage locker and the process was super easy and simple! We stored our extra office material there for over 5 years, until we moved out last week. Everything has gone well, and the staff are very supportive. I would recommend them highly.
