Manager was extremely helpful, unit and grounds are spotless. Strong security, great customer service (friendly, efficient and responsive) and complex is clean and up-to-date.
Great Staff! Were more than willing to hold a space free of charge until I actually needed it. They drove me around to actually see the unit before I chose the one I wanted. Very pleased with their kind and courteous service and clean facilities. Price is in keeping with prices for the area, but higher than I've experienced elsewhere.
Friendly staff, great facility I was previously using a different storage company's and was totally getting ripped off on their ever-increasing price. I called Uncle Bob's...went in the next day...was able to do paper work and move right in! Great value and easy to work with!

Ultimately good but we had to plead for them to stay long enough for us to check in when we arrived 10 min prior to closing on a Sun afternoon. We came a day earlier and I wasn't aware of the early closing time.
efficient, friendly,clean,helpful,safe. I looked at a few other storage spaces before selecting this space. I chose it because of the good price, the cleanliness of both the rental space and the grounds outside of the space. The staff was helpful, professional, and efficient in their jobs. You do not find this at all storage facilities.
