I have to commend and I highly recommend this Extra storage space location. Since the very beginning, Gabriel has always been attentive and informative on any of my questions. The upkeep at this location is always up to par in terms of cleanliness and maintenance as well as customer service. I am very pleased and feel safe and secure having my valuables stored here. Highly recommended!
Gabriel helped me with taking a payment over the phone. He was very helpful and attentive. I’ve been a customer now for 6+ months and everything from the site manager (Ms. Julie) to the desk staff. Only thing that is disappointing is how the rates go up, I understand inflation however if you have a long term customer why should their rate change. Whatever happened to customer loyalty? Summary I would recommend them as compared to other storage companies. Very clean and always friendly.
This facility is excellent, very clean and easy to get to it. The elevator that we used had a perfect size so we could fit more items and make less trips. I ended getting a bigger space so it was easier to find things. Customer service is more than I expected. Explaining everything clearly and offering recommendations to accommodate my budget. Had an issue with the unit I rented late last night. I booked a particular unit. My confirmation came back as a different until all together. Called Julie first thing this morning and she got it straightened out in less than 10 minutes. Thanks for the great customer service.
