This storage facility is great, and Ms. Julie was incredibly helpful! She is so kind as she was quick to help me get and transition to the storage unit that I desired within less than five minutes. She also offered me information on pricing and seasonal changes. Definitely recommend!
This facility is excellent, very clean and easy to get to it. The elevator that we used had a perfect size so we could fit more items and make less trips. I ended getting a bigger space so it was easier to find things. Customer service is more than I expected. Explaining everything clearly and offering recommendations to accommodate my budget. I don't know why people are giving 5 starts this facilityI don't understand why people are giving this facility five stars. It is far from clean, with wasp nests and spider webs in the storage areas. Additionally, the customer service is quite poor. We reached out both via phone and in person about our rent being raised to triple the amount we previously paid, without any notification. This place is a 5 star because of the Amazing customer service and Superb attitude towards its Storage tenants. I lost the key to the lock on my Storage unit. I was told the lock needed to be cut off. Immediately the asst mgr Gabriel walked me thru the process and my lock got replaced and I was back into my storage unit with 12 minutes.
