Great Experience! I feel satisfied on storing my belongings at this facility, it feels secure and clean. Very organized and great customer service!
Clean facility friendly Staff but additional fees Move in was fast and easy once i got in touch with the front office clerks. They leave the office frequently for errands and their breaks ,- it'd be helpful If the lunch times were posted somewhere on the website so that people could avoid coming at those times. My other recommendation for improvement is to have a clerk spend a lot more time discussing the need for renters insurance, their carrier and/or acceptable alternative to it.
