Very clean, simple, easy, inexpensive rental. It was very simple and easy, plus it was inexpensive. The only problem was the exact dimensions. Granted the company warns you the dimensions may not be exact. But it would be advantageous to know as up front as possible what the exact dimensions were. I rented a 10 x 20 x 9, The width was under 10, the depth was under 20, and the vast majority of the height was under 9. The area was less than 93% of the nominal 200 square feet. But that is still an A or an A-.

Clean, secure, and reasonable prices We've just started moving in but thus far this is an ideal storage solution.
Best of any storage company used. Easy, Fast and Correct at fair price. I have used several other storage companies in the past. This was my best experience by far.
Reservation was quick & easy! Reserving everything online and I received a promtion and waived admin fee. Everything was updated online before I arrived. I even got a voicemail from them asking if I had any questions. The only negative is that I've been calling them during business hours and have not got ahold of anyone yet.
Very friendly staff Staff very helpful and friendly. Price is reasonable. Only downside is not having access to my unit 24/7
