Clean, friendly, secure The property manager was very friendly and took her time answering questions. The office area and the unit were both very clean.
Fast, Easy, and Understanding Every criteria was met, the staff was courteous and made sure to let me know when I left my spare key in my storage unit. Our Sparefoot salesperson was great as well.
The person on duty at the desk wso very helpful and informative. The unthe was better secured than I had previously thought. Overall, a very good experience.

I had some frustrations with the insurance requirements, but that didn't have anything to do with the management, who were very helpful.
Immediate move OUT! I had worries that the storage quotes I was given were going to be far out of my price range and I would never find a place to store my belongings. Then my friend suggested Uncle Bobs. I used my cell to Reserve a unit and a free truck to move! THE BEST! I had the truck for 6 hours and was able to store everything I owned in a cost effective storage unit. The on site manager answered all my questions and kept the property clean. I would recommend Uncle Bobs to all my friends and family.
