My experience at Life Storage in Columbus.Ga was really pleasant the staff was really nice. Especially John he was real helpful a listen to my issues that were at hand!! That shows u there are still some really good people in this world!! He really made my day . Thanks again John for all your help
I'm a current customer of Life Storage/Extra Space, and I have been since 2018. There have been multiple changes over the years, but one thing has remained consistent, and that's the safety & upkeep of my items. I've been satisfied over the years with hardly any complaints, and I believe it will remain this way until my "lease" ends. Keep up the great work!
I would definitely rent again and recommend. My items were stored safely and John was very helpful my entire process from moving in to moving out. He took great care of me as a customer.
I would recommend Life Storage located on Miller Road in Columbus, Ga. We rented 2 climate controlled storage units for just over 18months and had no issues (or rarely~small bumps). Area and Units were clean. The few times I went to units alone, I felt comfortable and safe. It was a gated 'password required' facility. Same required to enter each building.
My Life Storage location has changed it's management/staff, and I will be honest, I was not looking forward to meeting them. Today went in to the office with a few questions and concerns and I must say John and Sharon were not what I expected. They both were extremely pleasant and patient with me. We had a few laughs and John (site manager) took care of everything I needed. Thank you John and Sharon. You two are amazing!!!
