The process was quick and the representative on the phone was very helpful and explained everything well. I also received a call from the store manager welcoming me and making sure I received all information on how to the gate code work and if I had any other questions to not hesitate to call.
I have a really good experience today with setting up my new storage unit at the Locust Grove location. It was really quick, easygoing with no hassle. Zay was very nice and helpful with a calm demeanor. She answered all of my questions and got me setup and on my way. I highly recommend this location.
Extra Space Storage gets five stars from me. My experience was smooth. The Locust Grove store manager was pleasant very friendly. She's truly an asset to this company. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them as well.
