I’ve been with this place for 45 years. It’s clean and well managed. I’ve never had a problem in all those years. It’s under new ownership now, I talked with Joe today. Very, very nice. I wish the new owners many long years of success.
I recently went to Extra Space Storage in Middletown having been referred by Extra Space in Chester. As a representative a non-profit organization (Chester Historical Society), I am attempting to acquire donated space for our archives and donated items. With the change in ownership, it's been extremely difficult. The manager in Middletown said he would not agree to the printed terms I had received from Chester regarding donated storage space (the same policy that Extra Space itself writes).
