The staff took completely good care of me on Nov 14, 2023. I forgot the Lady and Lady and Gentleman name but I won't forget their face ever. First, I Love what they did to gate time and the gate change it was so "I care" for my storage renters. I like the storage because it's close to my home but now I love the storage because the new owners are super helpful, super nice, and super caring. Love the ease of Extra Space. I was able to book a unit online and move my stuff right in over the weekend. I also had a small unit in NY after downsizing and Jamie and John at the Chester location were a huge help in making that a seamless move to a smaller unit quickly… which was much appreciated when trying to get a lot done in a short time. They were both knowledgeable and great!
Amazing experience!! The two words I’d use to describe my transition. Juan was super helpful and made everything easy. Space was clean, facility was secure and easy to access. Is def recommend Extra Storage to anyone.
