Having to rent storage space was not in my plans until just recently. I certainly was not looking forward to having to do it. However, after working with Jean Santiago at the facility in Chester I feel so much better. He was a true professional. He answered all my questions in a calm, professional and competent manner. Your organization is blessed to have someone like Mr. Santiago working with you.

Jaime was super friendly and thorough! She helped us understand what every dollar went towards and I can believe her when she says she takes care of her customers. She was able to make my selection convenient and easy for me, I appreciate workers like her.

I always come into the office to pay the storage rent because the people who work the desk are so helpful and friendly. Today was no different Jammie is just so friendly and helpful. Keep up the excellent job you all do.
