I've been incredibly satisfied with my experience at Easy Space Storage. The units are cean, well-maintained, and easy to access. Cody, and the other staff have been extremely helpful and friendly, and I've always felt secure knowing my belongings are in a safe and reliable location. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone in need of extra space.
We have been renting space here since June and now 3 months later they basically double our rental fees. Who the heck wants to move the stuff twice as we have a considerable amount of our home goods stored there while in between homes. I am certain that this was their goal of bait and switch to fill the units only to screw the tenants in the end. It's a nice facility, don't get me wrong but jacking the price up almost 100% is crappy as I know their lease fees or mortgage on that property are not being adjusted so they had... read more
The facility is excellent, and the service was outstanding. Cody, the administrator, did a fantastic job with customer service. We appreciated how they thoughtfully placed carts in the storage area to assist movers with unloading.The storage units were very clean and organized.
Sarah was amazing. She was so easy to coordinate with to secure our unit and made sure we were all set! The facility is clean and very nice to use!
