Julianne and Nancy were awesome! Made the process so easy for us even though they know ours was a very short term rental. Clean and bright facility. Always felt safe when there. Excellent customer service. This is our second short term rental and we'll be back when the need for more space arises next year again.
I am very happy how easy it was to set up storage. The facility is easy to access. It’s clean and well ventilated. The manager gave me a call to introduce herself. She made my move in easy. I had a really big move. Having this storage experience being smooth and easy was exactly what I needed. Very happy about this.
Very convenient place for us. Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Quick and easy to get started. We now have 6 garage units and one inside climate-controlled unit. You should really take reviews by units instead of phone #. Julianne and Nancy do an awesome job and deserve to be commended 7 times from us instead of only 2.
CubeSmart in Montville is such a great place to store our things. Juliana and Nancy are always so kind and helpful. They are patient with any questions I have. The unit itself is very spacious and easy to get to. The temperature is always just right. I'm happy we chose to store our things here. I highly recommend it!
Julianne and everyone there have been so helpful all throughout. I feel extremely confident that my belongings are in great hands there. The facility is immaculate, new and clean. It is also very well lit and safe to visit at night.
