I had requested a tour online and got the call back the next morning which is great! Most storage places take a few days to get back to you. I got the pleasure of speaking with Edgar and he was able to show me around. He was great! He was able to show me multiple units as well as answering all my questions. I'm thankful he was here because he created a positive experience.

After researching several storage facilities online I found the best deal for a 5x10 here. I stopped by to pick up the key and was greeted by the facility manager, Antwon, who guided me to my locker and showed me how everything works. The facility is brand new, super clean, has plenty of light and feels very safe. I highly recommend it.

I signed up for a 10x10 storage unit at $126, but after just two months, my rent skyrocketed to $199. I left my previous storage unit because of a $177 rate and only experienced three modest rent increases over four years, typically in the $10-$20 range. If you have a unit on the 3rd floor go check your stuff. The building has been leaking significantly in the recent rain and the climate became like a swamp. The management did NOT inform me about this - I found out because I just happened to stop by my unit. Consequently a significant amount of my possessions have been ruined by mildew and mold (see photos). I am furious that I was not informed about the leaks.
