I moved here from another storage company. The difference in the 2 places is night and day. Clean, safe, several entrances for convenience and plenty of carts to help you move your stuff. I spoke with both Karen and Chloe and they were extremely helpful and got me settled in without any problem. I needed to move in a day early, and they were able to easily accommodate me and made everything as painless as possible. I recommend this place both for the storage locker, but also because of the wonderful staff.
Hi, hope you’re doing fine. I got there last Sunday and both elevators were down. I could not get to the second floor and the doors were closed ( locked )so I couldn’t use the stairway to go up I had to return with a couple of my things that I wanted to leave in my storage space. I drove from Tamarac, Florida to Palm Coast a 4 1/2 hour drive. Please if the elevators are not working, at least leave the doors open thank you. hope to see you soon have a good day
Just finished transferring our larger unit for a smaller unit. It was so easy to do, and I was able to do it all on line. With the help of the Store Manager, Chloe, I was able to get it all done in two days without going into the store. Thank you Chloe, you were a big help. You are what will make us stay with Extra Space.

This facility is excellent. It is always very clean and any concerns are addressed immediately and resolved. The site manager Chloe is very pleasant, friendly and extremely helpful and truly cares about her customers and goes above and beyond to ensure their experience is wonderful.
