Few days ago I rented a 20x10 and during the process of choosing the unit and signing all the paperwork Sandy the manager was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly customer service was very good. He made sure the unit was very clean in a short period of time before I moved my things in there and appreciate that. Great place to store your items Sandy is a great manager, he helped us select a unit. That's perfect for us, very clean store. i can see that sandy cures a lot for history and most of all his customers.
Great place, easy to access my unit, super friendly staff, very secure building. Im content with the price of the unit, the promo price definitely was a big help.

Sandy was awesome very thorough with showing us the various unit sizes. After viewing what was best for our needs we returned to the office to review availability and pricing. This is a brand new facility 6wks (April 2024) so there wasn't any info on hurricane details aka how did they stand up to Ian? Love the fact that it's brand new and we will be the 1st to use the space no icky dirt or carry over from previous tenants.

Very Clean! Sandy was really helpful. He spent time explaining things to us. It also helps that's it's close to the freeway.

i rented a storage unit from this place and the very first week they kept sending me a link to rate them and keep in mind i had not have enough time to experience their services but they constantly kept reminding me to rate them and i knew something was up and sure enough they raised my rent twice as much as i was paying and that's beyond ridiculous because the paycheck is not raising this high so i came from paying $109.00 dollars a month to them raising it up to $260.00 dollars and that's sick. beware of the so called pro... read more

Price doubled after you get moved in. Shady business practice In addition I was charged for a climate controlled unit and it was not climate controlled. My belongings are damaged Stay away and store your possessions elsewhere
