Eli, the facilities manager, was extremely helpful and answered all my questions, and I asked many questions. He was professional, showed me the facility and explained every detail thoroughly.
Location team particularly Karen was outstanding. She showed us several units patiently. Then, she spent extra time with me correcting some mistakes I made with the online paperwork. She was knowledgeable and supportive throughout the set-up process.
