I had a great experience in this location. I was treated so well by John. He was so patient with me. He explained the prices and dimension with such patients. It's nice to know that my storage is safe and that the facility is very clean. Thank you John for your help and kindness.
So far I’m very pleased with selecting this location for my storing needs. The customer service I have received from Jonny and Victor has been very pleasant. My first positive experience was with Jonny when I returned a lock (because I had my own )and was expecting my refund the following payment cycle however I got it instantly in my bank account. Came in to inquire about rates. Met a gentleman by the name of Johnny who was at the front desk, despite there being multiple people when I arrived he was very calm, friendly, attentive to everyone. He greeted me immediately and asked how he could help me. I told him I was interested in renting a unit however wasn't sure of the size and needed to see the options. The two times so far I've been there for help, Victor was the one that helped me. Super personal and very helpful. Told me what I wanted to know and helped me with some transitions into my new units quickly. Would recommend!
Victor was very helpful, he helped unlocked my storage unit because I forgot to bring my keys, I mean it has been almost 2 years since I’ve been there so I don’t even know where my keys are. Johny was very helpful as well when he adjusted the lock for my new unit. Both Johny and Victor were very professional and hardworking and handsome. Give them a raise please thank you.
