Yes Chris was very professional and listened to all my needs and got me exactly what I wanted. I had used the storage units before under a different management but this was a completely new experience and the place is cleaner and well kept now. He set me up got me started and the rest is history.
Christopher is a super manager. Since he came to this location on Harwin the entire complex has made a 100% turn for the better Friendly competent n alway ready to help. This young gentleman deserves a big raise!!
Amazing service on our first day. Jaylen was absolutely amazing. It's because of her friendly attitude we felt comfortable and got the place. Christopher was amazing and extremely friendly and helpful in the signup process
(Updated) The new management doesn't care about your belongings. They don't fix the gates, running the risk of having your unit emptied or doors broken (like my unit). Promised to fix it and nothing! 3 days passed and my stuff exposed to be taken -it was inside a corridor with no survellience cameras-. I have no time to deal with the claim process so I took my stuff out. If the new management didn't care, neither the insurance. Better find another place.
