I needed a storage unit rather quickly! I called and within less than an hour, I had a nice air-conditioned unit. Joe was amazing and showed me a few options and answered all my questions. Move-in day was a breeze. I received an email with all my info as well as my code and unit number (which Joe had already given me!). The new storage building where my unit is has two flat bed carts that helped unloading so much easier and faster than just carrying everything on my own. Joe was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was accommodating, efficient, and thorough! The unit was super clean, easy to find, and everything was as described. The grounds were well kept. I’m overly pleased with my decision of choosing this specific location for storing my things!

I am incredibly pleased with my experience at Extra Storage. Since coming under new management, this facility has seen significant improvements across the board. The rates are very fair, especially considering the high level of security and the wide range of storage options available. They have a wide array of storage options where you can store an RV, boat, vehicle, or just general items. We have leased a railroad container for several years. I’ve always felt safe going over to the storage facility. It is well-run. The area is well-kept and clean, the facility is secure and the office is easy to work with. Communications are clear and reasonable. I deducted one star because the container developed a tiny leak in one area. The office was informed but to my knowledge, it has been 6 weeks and the leak hasn’t been repaired.
