The 2 of management in the past was not honesty , charged me insurance and raised my rental 5x and when the breaking in , both of old management company didn’t refund me even I file report with law enforcement for 3x breaking in , I hope now all camera has been fix and monitors throughout the facility . I had a very good experience at this Location on cook road. They were very friendly, very professional and very helpful. A real nice attitude. I enjoyed my visit and I will highly recommend it to anybody else. Thank you so much.

I stored here before it was Storquest for many years.But I love the service even the corporate office are filled with very professional people.But that guy Houston @ Cook Rd location in Houston is tops hands down.He is the reason I refer everyone to this location.He's 3p for me.Professional,Polite,and Perfect. Run this location like a smooth ship saw him do it with my own eyes.I just feel appreciated the service he gives.Thank you Houston,but your service is bigger than our city!!!♥️💯🎯
