A special shout-out to the store manager, Bonnie, whose helpfulness and friendliness made the entire process seamless. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone in need of reliable and accessible storage solutions.
Sabrina was awesome! I reserved a unit that she did not have available when I arrived. Still, she researched other locations for me while on my visit. I explained to her that I’d talk it over with my husband. Truly, because of the convenience of this location & all of her help, my husband agreed with me that her location on Fairmont was best & most convenient so we closed the deal at this location with her. Great customer service!! Thank you Sabrina!!
I have had really good experiences with this storage location and I have been using it for years. Extra Storage took over this property several months ago and is doing a great job. Krista Hamill the manager is really nice, professional and always helpful. Highly recommend her. So far the prices are reasonable.
Manager is very nice and facility is very clean. Update: unannounced $60 a month increase. Moving out this week. Suggest you look elsewhere for storage.
Bonnie is super sweet and super helpful! All around has been a great experience. She’s very calm and very understanding! They’re also not expensive at all so if you're looking for a great storage unit I highly recommend this place to everyone!!
