Sabrina was awesome! I reserved a unit that she did not have available when I arrived. Still, she researched other locations for me while on my visit. I explained to her that I’d talk it over with my husband. Truly, because of the convenience of this location & all of her help, my husband agreed with me that her location on Fairmont was best & most convenient so we closed the deal at this location with her. I have had really good experiences with this storage location and I have been using it for years. Extra Storage took over this property several months ago and is doing a great job. Krista Hamill the manager is really nice, professional and always helpful. Highly recommend her. So far the prices are reasonable.
Bonnie is super sweet and super helpful! All around has been a great experience. She’s very calm and very understanding! They’re also not expensive at all so if you're looking for a great storage unit I highly recommend this place to everyone!!
This is one of the cleanest facilities I have ever used. The management there Bonnie was so professional, helpful, spent over an hour with me to make sure I had the best space for my needs. I feel so comfortable and safe leaving my possession’s there, and I will definitely make this my go to facility when needed. I will also recommend this facility to everyone I know!!!
The office manager at the LaPorte, TX property immediately addressed my concerns about a billing issue that surfaced recently. Her prompt action saved me a lot of time and effort for me to pursue the issue on my own. Kudos to Bonnie at the Laporte, TX property for handling the situation so quickly and smoothly.
