I contacted Extra Space Storage with some questions to help my mom with a unit she was renting. We needed to make some changes after completing the lease agreement and Christa was extremely helpful with the entire process. I wanted to truly thank Mrs Bonnie SO VERY MUCH for making a stressful situation go through with ease! Being that I’ve been out of work for the last 16 weeks recovering from surgery every penny is instrumental in paying my bills and feeding the family! Great place. My setup was easy and the first month free a real life saver. Did have to pay some fees and the price for the lock but that's nothing out of the ordinary. Mrs. Bonnie was just so helpful and a delightful to interact with over the phone. I would most definitely recommend to others.
Bonnie was super helpful. Answered all of my questions and gave suggestions on what would be the best fit for me. Her cheerful countenance made the experience that much better.
