I wanted to truly thank Mrs Bonnie SO VERY MUCH for making a stressful situation go through with ease! Being that I’ve been out of work for the last 16 weeks recovering from surgery every penny is instrumental in paying my bills and feeding the family! Great place. My setup was easy and the first month free a real life saver. Did have to pay some fees and the price for the lock but that's nothing out of the ordinary. Mrs. Bonnie was just so helpful and a delightful to interact with over the phone. I would most definitely recommend to others.
This is one of the cleanest storage facilities I have ever used!!! And customer service is top notch . Bonnie the manager there really made my day. I was not having a very good day… week or month lots going on in my life right now and I guess she picked up on that. By the time I left there I was smiling and laughing!!! She took time out of her day and talked to me for at least 45 minutes!!! Don’t find that these days anymore! Top notch!!! I’m will recommend this location to any and all!! Thanks Bonnie!!!
Miss Bonnie was very helpful and showing us a storage unit that was the right size for all of our extra items. She was very knowledgeable with all the paperwork and the insurance policies. She was very friendly and answered all of our questions and a professional manner.
What started as a disappointing experience was expeditiously rectified by Bonnie. My original unit has some issues that need attention and Bonnie not only transferred me, but she had me look at the available units before choosing one. Moving unexpectedly is hard enough but this part of it was made much easier and far less stressful. Thank you.
