My husband and I stopped by this weekend to reserve a covered RV space. Lindsey handled our account, and she was friendly, smart, and professional! Life is all about the "fine print", and she explained everything to us in a very clear way. We were so happy with the overall experience!
Awesome!!! From the time we walked in the door we were greeted with a smile. The young lady that helped us is so amazing. She made sure we got the size we wanted & needed. Her customer service is out of this world. She insured we knew how to lock & unlock our storage. Even insured us that anytime we need help to come to the office. I am so glad we chose them. If anyone is looking for storage I recommend you choose them!!! Very nice facility & very clean. They care about the customers.

I initially had trouble placing my order on line. I had asked for a 10x5, I was given a 5x10. All the workers were very nice. I wish I was given the option to purchase a disc lock not just a cylinder lock. The place was extremely clean.
Renting my unit out-of-state was a breeze online: super fast and easy. My move-in happened after office hours on a Sunday evening, which was also no problem. Jamie texted my entry code and map ahead of time, and the lock was inside my unit as promised. The facility is big, bright, spotless, perfect. Thank you for having a spotless restroom too -- most appreciated after a long road trip. Best storage rental experience I've ever had.
