The building itself was very clean and easy to navigate. Dave helped us load our U-Haul into the storage bay, which was a huge help for us as we had big things to move. He even checked in a few times to make sure we were okay. I would definitely recommend to people in need of a storage unit!
William was working at the Voorhees location today. He finalized my unit and explained everything I needed to know including price and every detail that is important. He explained the key pad, showed me the locks on my units. In my opinion, he went above and beyond excellent customer service!! This man knows his craft and is an example of how a business needs to be run. With all the stress that comes with moving, he made this part of the transition easy!! Brianna called as soon as my request was placed online! She invited me to the building for a tour; she showed me how to access my unit, along with the amenities offered at this Extra Space Storage. The facility is conveniently located, brand new, secure and spotless. Brianna was delightful to work with! When we arrived and decided we needed a larger unit than we originally thought, she made the process so easy. Highly recommend this location for your storage needs!
Feels funny gushing all positive about an experience at a storage facility, but give me more star options to tap, please! Brianna, the manager, and her associate are the kind of folks you WISH would greet you in every business, everywhere. Moving and storage can sometimes be accompanied by all sorts of personal current trauma. We are blessed to not be in that situation, but if we were, Brianna is the kind of friendly chill who would bring us back to Earth, and leave us with a smile. ALL TRUE!
