William O’Neil was very nice and he did a great job with helping me get everything settled. I felt very satisfied with making my decision to get a storage unit at this facility because of him. He thoroughly explained everything and showed me the unit space before paying. The place is very clean and I feel comfortable storing all my stuff here! Moving over the years I have rented storage in several states, and this is an impressive new facility. The manager Brianna is incredibly helpful; I reserved a unit on-line and when I saw it I decided that it wasn't the size I needed. Brianna worked diligently with me to find a unit that would work, both in size and location. Patience! Did I mention that the place is spotless? It is! Amazingly friendly service. Brianna was the lady who helped / took time to show me around the unit, explain the ins and outs, helped me download the app and troubleshoot it until we got it working. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs a storage unit !!
The units were clean and customer service was very nice. I used the online website to book my storage unit which was simple and easy. One thing to note was I requested a unit change the very next day to accommodate loading and unloading the unit and was charged additional money. I didn’t use the unit for the entire thirty days but I would think that the additional charge could have been waved since they chose the original unit location and I checked out early.
Great rental experience, William provided me with all the information I needed for a successful move in and the prices and promotions are awesome. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends.
