Renting here was simple and everything went well during our renting period of a couple months. There was some confusion when the original company was bought out and we had to go through a few more steps to find out who to pay the next months rent to, but it was all resolved fairly quickly with a few calls. Closing out our account was easy too, and Brad did an excellent and speedy job when I stopped by to tell them we were leaving.
Began renting a unit from Space Squared Self-Storage and while I was nervous when Extra Space Storage bought them out, I have been extremely impressed with the new management. They locked me in at a new affordable rate for the next 9-12 months, which is appreciated. The lack of 24hr access is unfortunate and caught me by surprise but they were very accommodating when I needed it for the weekend to finish moving. Extremely friendly service and knowledgeable of all locations. Great staff to work with when payments are going to be late. 5/5! If you need a storage unit, rent from them!
I had a bit of trouble getting in contact with somebody to answer my questions. Once I did the experience was good. Purchased a lock which was not in the unit so I will be contracting somebody for a refund. FYI, they are currently only open M-W-F. This location is new which could explain the communication issues.
Brad & Sonya were very helpful, this place is very clean & pricing is very good. I highly recommend renting from this location (:
