Although the process started off a bit frustrating due to some confusion from the previous rep, they was very helpful in resolving the issue. They were able to move me to a better outdoor spot that’s more convenient for my food truck, and they even applied a discount for the inconvenience. I really appreciate how they handled everything and made sure I left happy. Great customer service!

The facility at 5656 Military Parkway is very well maintained, and the manager is always helpful, kind, and courteous. I would recommend it to anyone needing a place for storage.

This storage facility is super convenient and well-maintained. It's a great location for those who are needing storage near downtown Dallas. You can get to Deep Ellum in ten minutes even during morning rush by avoiding I-30.
