Although the process started off a bit frustrating due to some confusion from the previous rep, they was very helpful in resolving the issue. They were able to move me to a better outdoor spot that’s more convenient for my food truck, and they even applied a discount for the inconvenience. I really appreciate how they handled everything and made sure I left happy. Great customer service!
