As a Junk Removal and Dumpster Rental company. We have gone out to Extra Space Storage to help clients with the emptying of their storage units. The staff here has always been wonderful to work with. We have also witnessed how kind and considerate they have been to the clients renting units from them.
Abbie is such a kind professional. As the manager she takes time to offer options to address storage challenges. Her cooperation has been an asset to my storage experience. I appreciate finally having a representative available onsite.
I've had a great experience at this location so far. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful, especially Abby. I made a mistake with my account name and needed it corrected, and Abby handled it quickly. A big thank you to the team here for being so awesome!
We had to move storages today into a unit closer to home. I had originally rented the wrong size unit online, Jacob in the office was super helpful and got us switched to a new unit right away. So far, we’re please to have received great customer service.
Shannon at Extra Space Storage in Boerne was a pleasure to work with! She handled my issue quickly without the need for me to go into their office which I really appreciated. I’ve been renting several units now for over 2 1/2 years and will continue to rent from them!
