Abby was great on the phone and reached out to me to make sure we could reserve the spot for our move. She was able to have us not lose our unit and help us out by educating us on the insurance details and how the process works. She was great!
I started with Jim and everything was awesome on my rental until Extra Space took over. I was out of state and had major fraud and the business office mgr, Karla kept telling me she would get my new phone number and new email changed in the system. I had to keep calling in my pmt until they could get this information corrected each month and I did thinking they would get this fixed. She told me give her a week. Excuse after excuse. Extra space storage just bought A-1 storage in Boerne a few months ago and has raised their rates twice since. This last increase was $66.00 and they gave no notice. The lady in the office couldn’t even give a reason. I’ve been here for 10 years and will be leaving at the end of this month. They also changed their locks on the units twice. Do not rent from them. If I could give zero stars I would.
