I have been renting at this property for a year. With the entire property being Bluetooth operated there are bound to be issues however, Jim, the previous property manager, made sure that there was always someone available to help with issues. Since being bought out by Extra Space this property has become an infuriating joke. Nothing works and nobody helps. Well since Mr. Jim will not be working there any more, I will not be getting any more storage units from here. It's a shame you come in and buy this place and just fire someone without giving them a chance, or enough time to find something else. That's not the way to start a business here. Shame on you. I'll take my business somewhere else. Thanks.
We have been trying to get a hold of someone and can't get through please call us back. You have failed to take out the payment and hopefully my husband has not lost his things. We trusted that you would take care of our things, he has been paying for almost 3 years
