I rented a 10’x30’ drive-up unit in the fall of ‘24. Space was super clean and I always felt comfortable from a security perspective with all of the cameras and foot lighting. The best part was working with store manager MJ Pemberton. She made the initial contracting very smooth and understandable. She was always friendly and present whenever I was accessing my unit. MJ and Greg were so helpful with getting us all settled into our storage unit. They made process super easy. Our unit is spacious and the hallways are well lit. There are carts available right by the entrance and they roll smoothly and are clean. Overall, we feel like we made a great choice!

We drove two hours to get some things out of storage after misplacing the keys, and both of these ladies went well above and beyond to help us! Tiffaney spent more time than she needed to drilling the lock out so that we could get into the unit! Great service and we appreciate all of your help!!!

Choose MJ and Extra Space Storage and MJ in Canton on 93 Ridge Rd! They have plenty of customer service along with extra space and storage! MJ has really taken care of me! And I'm sure she'll take care of you! She helped me as I added and then removed insurance coverage. She helped me add on the locks after I made my reservation. She made sure she was there when I arrived close to closing to pick up my locks the evening before I move-in date.
