Kelsey was super sweet and helpful as well as very informative!! She explained everything to me in depth and made the process of moving my things so swift and even gave me tour before hand. I am thankful that I found this storage space and that Kelsey was able to accommodate me. I’d recommend smart storage to anyone but especially this one because of the exceptional customer service!!!
Although the staff is friendly and the facility is well kept, don’t get trapped by their “special” pricing gimmick. In august 2024, we decided to move our storage from Public Storage to this SmartStop Storage Space. I had an in depth conversation with one of the managers (I believe his name was Jason).
