Nice place. It is obvious Lynora and the new ownership intend to put customer service first. I walked in the office to ask a question and before I stepped out Lynora made it a point to introduce herself. Very friendly and forward and welcoming because of it.

Got my first ever storage unit and Lynora was so sweet and communicating so well with me and explaining and helping me so much. Definitely will be back in future if I ever need a storage unit again. And she was so sweet to my baby boy!

Kelsey was super sweet and helpful as well as very informative!! She explained everything to me in depth and made the process of moving my things so swift and even gave me tour before hand. I am thankful that I found this storage space and that Kelsey was able to accommodate me. I’d recommend smart storage to anyone but especially this one because of the exceptional customer service!!!
