For my first time needing a storage unit, the experience was better than expected. The staff was very welcoming. Jamar on the phone was eager to answer any questions. And Grant helped me decide on the size unit I should rent. He was very kind and patient. And I picked a 10 x 30. I thank God that I found this facility. Its prices were reasonable due to it being new.

Jamarr and Mike were very friendly and helpful. Jamarr was incredibly thorough and upfront with rates and policies. The facility has a really good vibe and the staff contribute to it.
This facility is fantastic! For years, I’ve been over at another facility in Pasadena and I feel like I’m treated as just another widget on the assembly line. No special attention, no real customer relationship, no love. Today, it was a whole different experience at extra space in San Gabriel Valley at 414 S. Very professional and friendly. Easy to talk to. Jamarr was amazing. I spoke to him on the phone, and head straight to the location. He Helped me find the right size and location.
