From the very beginning Store Manager Michael, and Assistant Manager Nicole were awesome. Very informative, and excellent customer service. 10 Stars two thumbs up!!!

I am having to leave my home of 3 years and I needed a place to store things of importance. I rented my 5x7 space online with some amazing discounts and it is very easy to navigate. Downloading the app is very important and has all the access codes needed to enter. Once arriving to the unit, the lock was there waiting me. Wow, I can't believe how stressed I am during this move! But guess what? Anthony Saenz, the Assistant Store Manager, was an absolute lifesaver today! I'm still figuring out my move-out date, but as soon as I do, I'm definitely choosing this storage place! The customer service blew me away--simply phenomenal! I really wish more companies had amazing staff like the ones at the San Gabriel location. I'm just completely astonished by the incredible experience I had. I give it a perfect 10/10 and 5 gold stars!!
State of art storage facility with complete climate control With bathroom access during Hours open. All the representatives are friendly and helpful with app.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. My items were damaged due to a water leak in their unit. All of my furniture and child's furniture was covered in mold due to their faulty equipment, along with several other items that cannot be repaired nor replaced. First issue was that I was informed by the onsite manager that there has been many issues regarding this and that I would need to submit a claim and he would have a supervisor contact me. The supervisor of that place is very rude and uncompromising. He misinforms, manipulates information in his own way and it is difficult to deal with it. The other employees are emphatic and respectful.
