The entire purpose of renting a unit here was for the 24 hr access. They changed that with no notice. I also had a leak in my climate controlled unit. I haven’t been able to swap units since I haven’t been in town. So who knows what is ruined. Very disappointing.

First time customer & I'm impressed. Easy online rental process (like super easy), all the prices are extremely transparent, very inexpensive compared to what i was previously paying. The entire process was seamless, I really like being able to use an app to access my unit so no more fumbling with keys! The entire building appeared very clean and secure, very happy so far.

There is dog poop and pee all over the inside of the facility. It’s hot and humid inside. There is a lady sleeping on a mattress in the corner behind the security camera. There is a family living at the facility. The facility doesn’t have security cameras in all the spots they need to. The doors to the facility don’t close all the way. They need to put signs on the doors that say keep closed at all times. That way people stop leaving the doors propped open all the time even when they are inside organizing their storage unit ... read more

Giving them two stars because of customer service. I called in to change my payment date before it was due which wasn't a problem. A few days before the new payment was set to be made. I start getting text messages from a lady named Vera. Telling me that I have an outstanding balance that needs to be payed. I start texting back asking what she's talking about I've changed payment date. No one ever mentioned charging me an extra fee or anything when I changed my payment date. I absolutely love this place! I loved how easy it was to lease my unit. When you walk in, a virtual screen comes on and you speak with a live manager. 3 different size units are displayed so you can get an idea of what size you need. It's climate controlled and I found it was pretty comfortable compared to other climate controlled storages. I am pleased with the price.
