Excellent location always Clean and easy to access your unit. I had a small issue but Mary W went over and beyond to help me resolve. Will definitely use this location in the future and also recommend to others!!
I was very pleased with this storage facility when it was under the previous ownership. The location was convenient, the service was good, and my rent for a 5x10 unit was $67. Since the new ownership took over, my rent was suddenly raised to $135—more than double. When I called to ask why, I was told I had been getting a “half off” rate, which is simply not true. Extra space stepped up the game when they took over this place. The transition wasn't seamless but that's to be expected. It was painless, I had a life changing event that wouldn't allow me to stay with extra space, the "other half" didn't keep up her end of the deal and put me in a bind in a hurry (nothing new from her) nonetheless, Mary W. I had such a wonderful experience with Mr. Darryl and the team! I was pleasantly surprised in the best way possible! It was so nice to see friendly faces instead of just automated screens like before. Even though I’m moving out after two years, I’d definitely return for my storage needs in the future!
Went in just to see what the 10x5 looked like and Mary .W was so helpful and gave me all the information I needed and some. She was so polite and patient with me and mom and made us so comfortable. We came in just to looked and ended up signing up for our unit on site. 10/10 would recommend this location and Mary
