Missy was incredibly nice and helpful on the phone! Reserving a unit could not have been any easier. The phone call to get everything set up and squared away was less than 10 minutes and I got a storage unit, monthly rate locked in, got my card put on my account, and she helped me get the app downloaded for easier access to the storage units. I have had a great experience so far!
I was already a tenant at the Amity / Meridian storage location and so far Extra Space has been great during the transition to new management!
