All I needed was temporary storage while in the moving process. I found A better rate storage on Google search and I was blown away. The facility is large and very clean. The units were secure and provided great storage for my needs. Reason I was blown away? The customer service. From the moment I walked in to when I stopped by to let them know I would need the storage, they were the most friendly people. Very welcoming and made you feel like a real customer. Highly suggest using them for storage or even u haul rentals.
This is the nicest, cleanest storage facility in York County. The staff is courteous and will jump right on it if you have the slightest problem. I am a long time renter and I could not be happier. I highly recommend them.
I was able to store my stuff in a clean, secure, gated environment with easy 24/7 access. They are very professional, organized & accommodating. They have a variety of sizes, including one that fit everything from my whole house. I would definitely use them again if I need storage.
