I came in to look at a unit today not thinking I was going to rent one but Neona at the desk was so helpful and nice and took care of everything super quick. So I guess I'm a customer now. If you don't want to be a customer don't talk to Neona because she'll do a great job and make you be a happy customer quick:-) I guess what I'm saying is I recommend these people.

The staff is very nice and professional. The assistant manager Neona, is the sweetest and kind lady. While I was there unloading a truck by myself, she checked on me several times and brought me water and a snack. You can’t ask for any better than that. Go check them out. You won’t regret it.

We were looking for a small unit to use for a few months while we sort through some things (downsized). Very friendly people, great price, moved in less than half an hour after processing online. Very pleased so far!!!

I buy storage units for the past two years and then the multiple facilities, and I personally live in Liberty Hill and purchase this unit in Liberty Hill at Auction and all those other facilities. This one was was top-notch Location # friendly management the guy that did my process his name was Chris and I’ve been to plenty of extra space storage units and this was by far the best experience of person in any auction. Thank you very much.
