I had a couple of months of billing errors but both months were quickly resolved by Rachel and Carl. Great communication with timely call backs if not able to solve issue immediately. Really appreciated the care taken to make things right vs just hiding behind phrases like "it is the market". Times are hard for a lot of people out there and appreciate the care in getting things corrected for me and my family. Great job!

The staff was very responsive and helpful. The price is great compared to other storage places nearby. Like half the price good! I received a nice clean unit. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience at Extra Space Storage thanks to Chris. He was super friendly, patient, and made the whole process really easy. He took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me find the perfect unit for my needs. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely helpful these days. thanks again, Christopher.

The staff is very nice and professional. The assistant manager Neona, is the sweetest and kind lady. While I was there unloading a truck by myself, she checked on me several times and brought me water and a snack. You can’t ask for any better than that. Go check them out. You won’t regret it.
