Initially I started to book online, but got redirected to someone in customer service. It was so easy! The gentleman i spoke with was very helpful! He answered all of my questions. I love that they had a month for free! After the booking, the following day, I was followed up by a phone call from the local facility to let me know my next step. He was very professional and helpful!

From the moment I inquired about a unit until the day I moved in, the customer service was outstanding. The staff especially Mrs. Theresa was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful in finding the perfect size unit for my needs. They clearly explained the lease terms and made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend!
I loved the convenience of being able to rent a unit on their website and open the gate with the app on my phone. I just had to go by to show my ID and get my gate code and locks. The cost to rent a climate controlled unit is very reasonable. Paris got me set up and took me to see my unit. The golf cart ride was very appreciated and much better than walking! The entire facility was extremely clean and the property felt safe. The level of customer service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this business!
I stopped by the storage location at 671 S Erwin St, Cartersville whereTodd W. and Micheal O. were able to answer all of my questions, gave excellent advice on the possibilities available in my situation being in between purchasing a property and moving out of an apartment. They were also very knowledgeable, professional and welcoming making it a pleasure to speak with them both. The pricing and availability was great and the location was extremely clean.
