I loved the convenience of being able to rent a unit on their website and open the gate with the app on my phone. I just had to go by to show my ID and get my gate code and locks. The cost to rent a climate controlled unit is very reasonable. Paris got me set up and took me to see my unit. The golf cart ride was very appreciated and much better than walking! The entire facility was extremely clean and the property felt safe. The level of customer service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this business!

I stopped by the storage location at 671 S Erwin St, Cartersville whereTodd W. and Micheal O. were able to answer all of my questions, gave excellent advice on the possibilities available in my situation being in between purchasing a property and moving out of an apartment. They were also very knowledgeable, professional and welcoming making it a pleasure to speak with them both. The pricing and availability was great and the location was extremely clean. I would highly recommend this storage to my family and friends!!!
Michael was amazing, not only did he help me find the space I needed for a storage. He also helped me get into a storage immediately without hesitation. I definitely recommend extra space if you need a storage unit.
