Let’s start by saying they expect you to pick up your things by hand and move hem around in such way because there is no carts on top of that when you do get a cart it’s side ways you can’t even go straight this people need help with management as they can’t even seem to get that down I get an email in regards my account payment is due on the 4th when I paid it on the 30th as a responsible person they still want to email me talking about it’s due and it’s late and I can be evicted if not paid. Review your accounts correctly.
This was the worst experience I have ever had in my entire time renting storage space. Let start with how unprofessional the General Manager Ally was she started off easy to reach and deal with. By day two she was unbearable. First she sent me a message the message was for another customer of hers in that message had all kinds of personal information that only that person should know. This facility has always been clean & Shelby has been very helpful from Day 1. The only issue is the manual bay door is always open. It should be closed each time someone leaves to keep it safe & secure.
Awesome facility. Great location, affordable, and very clean. Shelby and Cecily were both professional and helpful. Made renting a unit super fast and easy.
I've had always gotten wonderful service from you guys. Very friendly staff and always so helpful. Today I had the pleasure of talking with Michelle. She was so polit and friendly.
