I don’t really know where to start. I’m so mad. This storage company claims to be the best and most reliable in keeping your belongings safe with their climate controlled units. Well, not only are they awful, but they didn’t keep my belongings safe. Christmas of 2023 I was gifted a signed photo and vinyl of Reba McEntire. Well, to keep it protected I put it in a shadow box. Extra Space Storage officially took over this location this week. All old reviews are from when the facility was under different ownership. First experience with the manager in the office updating the lease and payment method. She was highly professional and efficient, and you can’t ask for anything more.
Nidia and Kim were awesome today helping with my move in.
Staff were very helpful and efficient. It was a pleasure to do business with them.
