My husband and I did our application online on a Sunday. We had no clue that we couldn’t get in until the office was open due to the facility having a soft launch. It made us a little angry because we wouldn’t be able to go again until next week. We did go on Saturday and had to call for them to open the door and get our code. The manager was super helpful and explained the process to us and gave us the code. She showed us to our unit and where the entry way was from our unit. Heidi is very rude and unprofessional. I had two interactions with her. After the first interaction I wasn’t going to rent but I decided to give her a second chance because she seemed very frustrated about the new location not being put together properly. I thought by completely paperwork online I could avoid interacting with her but I was instructed online to go inside after completing everything. Went inside and the second I had to ask for a refund because she was rude and definitely not a friendly person.
