RENTER BEWARE! Place under new management. It went from bad to worse. A few years ago I was on the fence side of the property and a bunch of vagrants, who camp beside the facility next to the highway, cut a hole in the chain link fence and broke into over 20 units before the on sight manger, Ken, chased them off with a baseball bat. They opened my door which was just a hollow wood door made of thin wood, and probably took all of 20 seconds to pry open. They stole a 3K synthesizer I was storing there.
