Great customer service experience from start to finish. The person I spoke with initially to obtain a quote was courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to explain and answer any questions. Before I took possession of the unit, I had a follow-up call from the storage location--again, courteous and helpful. When I actually checked in to get my lock and key, Christopher was amazing! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I feel very secure storing my belongings at Extra Storage Space.
From the moment I walked in I felt welcome and could tell that Christopher maintains a clean storage facility. Christopher was extremely friendly and welcoming taking the time to show me the units that I was considering and giving me a price comparison from both online and in-store pricing. Chris was awesome. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and really helpful from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, helped me find the right unit, and made the whole process quick and painless. The place is clean and well kept, and the customer service alone makes this location worth it. Definitely recommend!
Christopher at the Liberty Hill location is outstanding. I had an issue with billing and he corrected it proactively before I was even able to return his call. Excellent customer service and hope to work with him again.
