I had an amazing experience at this storage facility! Heather was incredibly helpful, patient, and made the entire process stress-free. The place is clean, secure, and easy to access. Customer service like hers is hard to find. Highly recommend!
This is a very clean facility. I always felt safe. Heather is such a pleasant person. When I went there I was in a rush bc I had moved and the place I was going to store my items at was not opened during business hours. We went to Best Box and Heather was so helpful.
My experience was great! Very clean place. Well kept. I Stopped and wanted to get info on some different units and heather was amazing. Very helpful super sweet made sure to give me all the info I needed and answered every question I had! Would definitely recommend
I use to like best box because when I started use them they where only 25 a month now I'm up to 47 and there going to raise it to 60 in February I think it's to much to pay for a 5x5 unit. If just go to I 45 aera it's like 18 a month. Heather the lady in the office is super nice she just has to dowhat corporate says to do
