My rating of superb is due to the customer services of unique quality for our situation. I lost my son and needed storage right away and it was very easy to store the furniture immediately.

I found extra space storage online. I called a representative to get the details for storing my property. They were extremely helpful, respectful and put my mind at ease since I was unable to be there when my property arrived at there facility. Everything went very smoothly with my property getting moved into the rental unit. I received a text from the representative that everything was moved into my unit safety and it was secured with a lock on the door. I have used other company's in the past that i was not happy with the service, cleanliness. i have rented with Extra space several times, several location in 2 different states. their quality is way above the others while still offering competitive pricing.
